We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Specialist. Responsibilities
Input data from various sources into company systems
Verify accuracy of data entered
Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
Sort and organize data according to guidelines provided
Review and correct data errors as needed
Communicate any data discrepancies to relevant team members
Complete assigned tasks within specified time frames
Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (60+ WPM)
Own laptop/desktop with additional monitor
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong communication skills
Must have reliable internet connection and home office setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data entry in a remote or virtual work environment
Knowledge of data entry software or tools
